Has anyone had problems downloading Microsoft Office Student Teac.

I'm having a heck of a time with downloading Microsoft Office 2003 Student
Teacher Edition. When the installation process did not appear to to be
active, I attempted to cancel and was unable to. Before I attempted to cancel
the installation process I tried to register online and to update I then
received an error report(s)! Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Also,
I'm unable to cut my computer off. Is this because the installation process
is still in progress? Help!

By download I assume you mean installing from cd?
What were you registering, and updating, if as you say it didnt install?
Do you purchance have a PC that came with an Office trial edition?
