Has the "Web Tools" problem been resolved in Office 2003/XP?

"Application is not available" error messages when you try to insert some Web
Tools in Word 2002 and Word 2003.

I am currently searching to find out if the above issue has been resolved, I
believe I have all of the relevant Offices updates and Service Packs etc...

Applies to: Microsoft Office 2003 and XP

Hi D2K,

If you're referring to the InlineCtrl messages for scrolling
text and background sounds, those items were permanently disabled
by Windows XP Service Pack 2 due to a potential security vulnerability.
It was a Windows rather than Office team decision.
