Have form emailed to me

So now that I have my form setup, how do I get it sent to me through email
once someone fills out all of the fields? I tried it as a test, but nothing
ever came through in email. is there anything special I need to do?

I am not too sure if this is what you are looking for but I know that when I
first set up a webpage, I use a free webhost such as 95mb.com to post it.
This gives my clients a place to view the work and allows me to give
discriptive cost breakdowns using examples. One downfall to this is that
many hosts do not have FrontPage Server Extensions installed. Without this
feature, there is no way for the email to be sent. One quick fix is to
insert an Email hyperlink and let them respond to you via outlook.

Hope I could help

Have you had your host configure the forms to email transport in the server
extensions on the remote web site?
