having problem downlaoding messages from hotmail to outlook

i am having problems while downloading messages from hotmail account to
microsoft outlook 2003 .
sometime it will do and other i am getting a message saying there is errors
while downloading and the the office is working offline : the error message
state : connection to the sever could not be established

Carey -

Can you still access Hotmail accounts with Outlook? I know you can't set up
new accounts with OE any longer. (If you were already doing it before
September of last year, you were grandfather'ed in.) That could be a another
reason for me to finally switch from OE.

I believe only if you have a pay for Hotmail account, or have Grandfather
rights
