Having to change e-mail address info every time I turn on my computer

Hi! Ever since I installed the upgrade to Microsoft
Office 2003 Professional, I can't simply click on "send
and receive" when I open Outlook to get my email. I have
to go into accounts thru tools and change the pop-server
info back to pop-server.tampabay.rr.com because it has
been changed to "localhost". Can anybody tell me why
this is suddenly happening?

Thks for your time and consideration!

Usually it's an antivirus program that is scanning incoming e-mail, or a
proxy server, that will change the server names to "localhost". Try
temporarily disabling those services to see if the problem goes away. If
so, you can check with the manufacturer of the AV or proxy server software
and see if they have a later version available that will not change your
server names.
