An easy way to do this is to break your document into sections. Since you
want to start your numbering on page 3, simply go to the end of page 2, add a
section break next page, then go to page three and add a header or footer
with your page number button (make sure same as previous is not active on the
header/footer toolbar). You would then click on the number itself and choose
Format Page Number from the same toolbar..you'll see an area where you can
start your numbering at any number.
