Quick suggestion: Ctrl - T currently takes you to the header if it is showing
on the page. Would it be possible to program this keystroke so that it also
activates the page header if it isn't already showing?

So, if the header is "showing", go to the header
If the header isn't "showing" turn it on and go to the header.

Sounds like a reasonable idea to me. I can't think of a reason if I
pressed Control + t why I wouldn't want to go to the Top.

Would this function be best described as the "Home" Key.

Actually why don't you just use Control + Home to go to the Top and
then Control + End to go to the Bottom ?

Another question: why turn off Headers ? Why would someone Turn off
headers and then "All of Sudden" need to get to it ASAP ?

Ctrl-T isn't a "navigation around the page" keystroke, it is an "edit the
page title" keystroke (the help file refers to this as a "header" and the
format menu calls it a "title"). The keystroke moves the cursor inside the
page title, and it also selects the existing page title so that when you
start typing, you quickly replace the old one. But it only does this if the
page title is toggled on via the "format" menu.

I use the keystroke a fair amount, because I find myself frequently changing
page titles, so I got used to it. But sidenotes do not have page title on by
default and there is no way to do this. So if I quickly open a sidenote,
then want to add a page title -- usually the last thing I do when I'm working
in a sidenote-- I instinctively press ctrl-T but nothing happens. I have to
go to the "format" menu, turn on the page titles, then I can edit the page
title.

This required extra menu step didn't make sense to me, given everything else
the keystroke does. Seemed like if I press Ctrl-T and the title wasn't on,
it should also turn it on. And yes, if I could, I would set a default to
have all title/headers on, all the time.
