Hi,

I created pivot table in access and I'd like to put the header/title on it,
but I can't find it where I can put on. Is anyone in the forum can tell me
how can I put a header/title on Pivot Table in Access?

Thank you in advance.

KF.

I'm guessing here ... sounds like you have a query that makes your Pivot
Table.

create a Report based on your query and give it whatever formatting you
want to see.

The AutoReport wizard might do it all for you.

Hi Clif,

You are right. I have query that makes pivot table, but I can't create a
pivot table format on reports module (report wizard) as you suggested to me.
Do you have any idea?

What version of Access are you using? A bit later today I can get back
to you ... I have 2003, and that's the only Access I've ever worked
with.

Post back with which version you're using, and see if someone else will
jump in with some help.

I'm afraid I'm not going to be able to answer your question. I've never
used Pivot Tables (I was thinking crosstab query when I first replied -
oops) and I'm not finding a quick answer for you.

http://www.google.com/search?q=acce...-us&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&startIndex=&startPage=1

looks to have several hits that look promising.

The Google Groups search also turned up discussions of Pivot Tables.

Hope this helps you along.

Hi Clif,

I checked almost all of them, but I couldn't find the topic about
header/title on pivot table view. Thank you anyway.
