Headers for Forms

I am creating a form that we will use as our template for Policy &
Procedures. The data will be over many pages. I am trying to create a
header that will repeat data that is on the first page. I am using drop down
menus, and text fields. I tried to reference the fields, but they will not
update when in the header. Any suggestions? Thanks

Use a StyleRef field. It will update. You'll need to create a special
character style (with no formatting changes) and set it to the data you want
repeated. That is the only place the style is used. A StyleRef field updates
as soon as you make changes.

Thanks. StyleRef worked great for my text boxes, but it isn't working for my
drop down menu, any suggestions.

A Ref field will update for a dropdown with a print preview. You could have
a macro that goes in and out of print preview as an on-exit macro.

I tested it on a protected document. I didn't write and test a macro,
though.
