Headers in Microsoft word

Would really appreciate some hlep on the following.

In word I have put a header in a document and want the header to bleed all
the way up to the tope of the page - however everthing that i have tried has
so far failed as when I print this document out there is always a quarter of
a cm border at the top; any thoughts?

Also within my header image there is a red border - whilst it is there on
screeen when I go to print or print preview this red border goes, why is this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Mark

Hi Mark,

The bleed issue is probably a printer limitation - few printers can print all the way to the paper edges.
