HELP for CICOCheckedOutInOtherSession error

When I'm trying to execute CheckOutProject() method before adding a task, the
next exception appears:

System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: CICOCheckedOutInOtherSession

What happen? How can I solve this problem?

Sounds like it is checked out in another session. Do you have any other
sessions open? Is the project open?
