i've been having a strange problem for several months now in Entourage
(11.2.1) using OS X.3.9. when i change the display font to Helvetica
(which is my preferred display font) the body of the message, the list
of mailboxes and the list of emails turns into garbled text. when i
switch to any other font the display is fine again. however, even when
NOT using helvetica for the display font, it seems as if the text is
still garbled/not displaying properly in all the HTML messages that i
receive. i am using suitcase X.1 for font management and have done
everything that i know how to do to fix the problem but nothing works.
the text in HTML messages still displays garbled. i would like to be
able to use helvetica for the display and i would like for the garbled
text in the HTML to go away as well.
any advice, help or insight appreciated.
