Help! How to add online icon in outlook for my ERP users?

Our ERP software is intergraded with Outlook, now, we need to show an
icon before the outlook contact's name in the mail or in the contacts
window if the contact is our ERP's user. Anybody know how to do this?
Are there any interface outlook provided for us ? Thanks in advance!
