Help: how to insert a rotated orientation Excel table into word?

My Word document is in Portrait format. My Excel table is very wide and I
want it in Landscape format in the same document. So I want to copy the excel
table into word and change its orientation by 90 degrees. How do you do that?

In Word select Page set up, General, Orientation, Landscape for that page.
