Help I can't get the automatic layout to work on my poerpoint

What do you mean by automatic layout? Is it a design template you want to
apply to a new presentation. Or is it a design you want to create yourself
and apply to a presentation. Or is it a design you have altered and want to
apply to an existing presentation. And so on.
We need more info to be able to help you.

I think Jen means the AutoShape is not working. I have the same problem with
my organizational charts. When I type the information in the earlier version
the box size adjusted to the text. Now it is grey-out. How I can changed?
