Help- I can't see my pie charts!!

How do I look at and work on my word document and see my pie charts (without
having to click on them)? Right now, they are only visible one at a time by
clicking on them or by going to print preview.

What version of Word are you asking about? A few things to try:
1. In Word, if you're working in Normal view, then switch to Print
Layout view (View | Print Layout), because objects that are formatted as
"float over text" (Word 97) or as something other than "inline with
text" (Word 2000, 2002, 2003, and 2007) are not visible in Normal view.
2. In Word 2003 or earlier, click on Tools | Options | View tab |
check the "Drawings" box and uncheck the "Picture placeholders" box |
Print tab | check the "Drawing objects" box | OK. In Word 2007, click
on Office Button | Word Options | Display | check the boxes for "Print
drawings created in Word" and "Print background colors and images" |
Advanced | scroll down to the "Show document content" section, check the
boxes for "Show background colors and images in Print Layout view" and
"Show drawings and text boxes on screen", and uncheck the "Show picture
placeholders" box | OK.
3. If neither of the previous suggestions fixes the problem, then
try reducing or turning off hardware acceleration in Start | Control
Panel | Display | Settings | Advanced | Troubleshoot. If this fixes the
problem, then you might want to check the website of the manufacturer of
your video card/graphics adapter to see if there is an updated driver
available.
