help IE script errors

When running Office 2003, I have IE script errors when moving from the table
of contents in help to the help screen. When selecting a link in the help
screen, it fails. I ran detect and repair, but it didn't fix the problem.

In IE, tools, Internet Options, Advance tab, check "Disable Script Debugging
(Internet Explorer), check "Disable Script Debugging (Other), clear "Display a
notification about every script error."

I checked my settings, and they matched your instructions.

It must be another problem.

Also, my Windows XP is current.
