Help in Office 2000 Not working

I am running Office 2000 on XP. For the past couple of years the HELP
function has been working fine. All of a sudden, the links in the HELP
selection list of topics does not work. When I click on a selection, a box
comes up that says "What do you want to do" and it contains a listing of the
same topics but again the links do not work.

This problem is throughout all of my Office 2000 applications.

Any and all suggestions to fix this problem will be greatly appreciated.

I posted the same problem a few days ago. Hope you get an answer, I
haven't had any reply yet.
