Help in writing a correct IF formula in Word

I need help writing the correct IF formula in Word. I am
trying to get it to return a 0.00 amount if the value in
another field is greater than or equal to 0.00? It keeps
returning a negative value instead of zeroing it out?

Help anyone,
ART

With "checksum" being the name of the bookmark for your reference figure,
the following should report 0.00 if checksum is less than 0 and otherwise
give the checksum.

{ IF { REF checksum } < 0 "0.00" {REF checksum } }
