how do I get Powerpoint to launch when clicking on a link
to a ppt file?

all other Office launches (word, etc) work fine

What happens when you double click the link to a ppt file at the moment?
Is the link a shortcut ?
Is the link in another program?
Is the link on the web?
what version of powerpoint?
