[HELP] On behalf OF

I have a user that has a pop3 and an exchange account when she sends from her
pop3 account it says on behalf of herself how do i get rid of this i read
various comments saying to give send as permission but how do you do that
with a pop3 account. Also when sending from the pop3 it will send from the
exchange server instead other users are using the same pop3 and have no
issues. Any help is greatly appreciated. thanks
