Help Please

Hey

I have an issue that I can not reolve. We use groove because we have 20
stores that are all ran through one back office. The stores scan the
invoices, daily money, and anything else we need to groove. For some reason
our groove has been acting weird. All of the workspaces will no longer
update except for one. Some workspaces are frozen when trying to download
onto a computer. I have opened up ports 443 and 2493 on the router but still
no movement. Does anybody have any clues?? Anything to point me in the
right direction will be greatly appreciated. The boss is up my a$$ on this
one.

Have you tried to use the cleanup tool? if not in the \Program Fiels\Groove
Networks\Groove\Bin you will find GrooveClean.exe

Close down groove run this, then try your copy of groove again.

If you look through this discussion group you will find a number of
references to the clean tool

No I have not but will give it a shot and see what happens. If this does not
help what else could it be??

I ran the cleanup tool but still nothing as happened as of yet. I have
opened the ports, I have ran the cleanup but somehow I am stuck with my
workspaces not doing anything. It shows all of them as unread and with
nobody online. Somehow I am almost blocked out of our workspaces. PLEASE
HELP ME!!!!
