Good question!
I was browsing Amazon.com the other day and I noticed a couple of books
about Groove. One of them was a 'getting started' primer and the other
seemed to be more advanced. I have no idea what they are like, but you may
want to take a look at them.
There is also a Groove User Group at
http://grooveuser.org/. It doesn't
seem to get much action, but it does have a few useful links.
Finally, Groove's Help function isn't bad. There is a separate and very
comprehensive Help function for Groove Forms.
