Help: Want to automatically replace files in public folders

I currently have an excel workbook whose data is automatically updated
on a daily basis.

I would like to automatically replace the old version of this workbook
(which resides in a public folder in outlook) with the updated version.

Is there a way to do this with a macro or 3rd party app?
