Help with a template

D

Darlene

I am not sure how to explain this but will try.

We use to have a computer person that had set up our templates for th
network etc. One of the templates that was set up was our fax cove
sheet, this enabled us to click on a drop down menu, select our nam
and continue on, she is no longer with us, and I am trying to figur
out where I may go to edit this list as I would like to remove som
names and add others. If anyone could possibly shed any light on ho
this may be done I will be grateful. Thanks so much in advance

Hello Darlene,

It sounds like your "template" is a form. To modify the
drop down list, open up the Forms toolbar and click on the
lock. If prompted, enter the appropriate password.

Saving a document as a form prevents other users from
making changes to the document setup, but allows them to
enter the necessary information in the appropriate fields.

I sure hope the person who left provided the password with
someone so you can make the changes you need.

Hope that helps. LisaG
