Help with Access 2003.

Access 2003. I just installed Access 2003. Where has the
help gone. With Access XP I was able to open the user and
program manuals, read SQL reference guide, etc., from the
help menu. That is, I got topics, index, and contents
tabs and could either search or look directly at the
documentation in help. Now I just get a search screen.
How may I get back the other capabilities?
