HELP WITH CLIP ART---IMAGE INSERTED INTO MY DOC WON'T PRINT

I've inserted a clip art image into a document i'm creating in Publisher.
Each time I print out the doc, the box where the image was inserted, just
prints out totally black.
Printer set up for color. I've tried all the printer settings that could be
causing the problem.

4 different tries all print out black. The rest of my doc prints
appropriately.

Just a thought.

I wonder if you could open the clip art in
an image editor...IrfanView or MS Paint
for example...and save it as a .png?

Then import the .png into Publisher and
see if it would print any differently.
