Help with IIS to RUN on WINXP

After reinstalling IIS http://localhost works once, not or not .
I think it has to do with the rights configuration.
Can somebody maybe explain to me how to do that, so that i can open .asp
files on my pc instead of every time bringing it to internet server away from
my pc.

Are you running any firewall software on your PC? If so, try turning it
off.

Yes. Turn them all off until you find the problem. If that isn't the problem
turn them back on.
