Help with message downloads

When I download my mail via a dial up connection - NO
PROBLEM but when I attempt to do the same via a wifi I
can not recieve anything with a JEPG, any POWERPOINT
stuff, any PDF files and any mail with that dumb outlook
stationary on it... Whats up??????
