help with office for mac enterage

Need help with enterage for mac. I have set up to retrieve mail from my
hotmail account- it was working fine and now it wont work. "connection
error" is the warning i get. i have cheacked the pass word and aaccount
info, all seem to be corret. what might be causing a "connection error'?
