HELP with Printing to acrobat Distiller to create PDF

I want to print POSTCARD 4 to a page to pdf then print with duplex printer
this solves the address problem. But creates a lot of work in that the
DISTILLER creates a new file for every 8 customer records, which means I have
to open and print 25-50 pdf files. Does anyone know how to print all records
to one large Pdf File?

I just solved this -

Select a POSTSCRIPT PRINTER - select print to file - use the acrobat
distiller to convert the .ps file to a PDF - then Print to your duplex
printer -

Not pretty - but one extra step and no extra Database work - just merge with
the excel file print to .ps create PDF print on duplex printer.
