Help with Save paths

I am trying to code a save path. I have a drop down list box with 5 choices. I would like to have each choice save to a different location on my sharepoint site. I have the correct site address but for the life of me I can't seem to figure this out. I have looked around to find something or anything that would help with this and I just can't find what I need. I am guessing it would be a "if" code, but I am not good at this kind of coding.

I have been working on this for a few days and I hope someone can help with this.
