Help won't display on any Office applications.

Access 2002, Excel 2000 or Word 2000.

When I select help or press F1 I get a message:

The page cannot be displayed and, at the the bottom of the page, Cannot Find
Server or DNS Error Internet Explorer.

I am running Windows XP Home SP2.

If you're using a firewall product check the settings to see if the Office apps and the Office Help engine can access the
internet/use Internet Explorer.

I tried disabling the XP firewall and McAfee Viruscan but that doesn't help.

Are the help files stored on a network drive? A security update that
Microsoft released in the summer blocks access to non-local help files,
as described here:

I changed the registry keys as outlined in the article but the problem is
still the same.

I am running stand alone with two HD's. Office 2000 and Access 2002 are
installed on drive C: along with Windows XP Home SP2.

I read the release and my version of XP Home does not have a key
ItssRestrictions.
