Help!

I have Outlook 2003, it has recently started to deliver my new received mail
directly to the deleted items folder, and not my inbox! I have been through
all the mail and checked it as safe, but still this problem persists. Any
help greatly appreciated.

Is your Junk feature set to Delete Junk items? Any rules in place that might
be doing hits?
