Not a feature that's controlled by or in Office. You will need to open
Folder Options, and on the View tab, click the box for Show Hidden files
and folders. Now you should see it kind of hazy see through, but you can
r-click it and properties and "unset" hidden. Further operating system
questions should be posted to the group for your operating system.
