hide row headings when printing 1,2,3....- how?

....when printing, I don't want the column entitlted ID to show, how can I
remove or hide it ? (If it was excel, I'd know).

Hi Johanna,

The ID column is being printed because it is part of the table (left
side) that is part of the view.

I suggest creating a new table without the ID column, and applying that
table to the view when you wish to print. Below are details on how to
create the new table and apply it to the view:

Create new table:
1. View > Table > More Tables....to open the More Tables dialog box.
2. Select the Entry table (if necessary) and click the Copy... button to
open the Table Definition dialog box.
3. Enter a name for your table (Print Table for example) and click the
Show in menu check box.
4. Uncheck the "Lock first column" check box.
5. Select the ID field name (top row of table) and click the Delete Row
button to remove the field from the table.
6. Click the OK button to save the table, close the Table Definition
dialog box, and return to the More Tables dialog box.
7. The table you just created should be selected in the More Tables
dialog box. Click the Apply button to apply the new table to the view.
