Highlight Entire Story

[love/hate Publisher 97-03]

I use the "highlight entire story" option in Publisher 2000 to do large
formating changes of stories in my multipage newsletter, especally stories
that are spread accross several pages.

Anybody know how to do that in Publisher 2003?

If the text boxes are linked, then the entire story will be highlighted otherwise it
is a text box by text box. You can apply the format from text box to another by
selecting the "format painter" tool. Select the text box, highlight the text (select
all) select the tool, click the next text box.
