Highlighting cells in Excel

I cannot highlight cells with color. If I go to the print preview, I can see the highlighted cells. I cannot do a global wrap text function.

I have contacted Gateway (OEM) but they could not help. I think all of my settings are correct. I don't get any error messages.

The high contrast setting may be turned on. There's

Debra has replied to your color problem.

What do you mean by "global" wrap text? All cells on all sheets? All cells
on one sheet? All cells on new sheets inserted?
