Hindi language Mangal font KB mapping

I would like to remap the Mangal fonts to correspond as much as possible to the QWERTY order of letters. Two questions, please
1. Has any one done this
2. What would be the best way to do this

Are you already using an IME for Mangal and just want to change it?
