History List - Calendar

How can you edit and delete the history list whilst in
Calendar when you are accessing other user's calendars.
File - Open - Open other users folders.
I have a problem where the list seems not to be updating
after you have manually typed in a users logon and tried
to pick it from the pull down list. The name on the pull
down list didn't match the calendar being opened. It
would be another users calendar and not the one selected.
It is ok if manually typed in.
