I use Outlook for my home office and I would like to have
my wife set up to view and edit my calendar and share
contacts. Questions:

1) do I need another Outlook license for her computer?
2) Where do I find documentation about setting up the
sharing of data with each other?

1) Yes. But if either of you is a teacher or student, the Office 2003 Teacher and Student Edition would let you use one copy of Office on up to 3 machines.
