Hotmail Plus account unreachable via Outlook 2007

I just signed up with Hotmail Plus so I can continue using my account with
Outlook since upgrading to 2007, and it STILL prompts me for password over
and over again.

What gives? I thought this was to get us to sign up. I did. Why is it still
doing it? Do I need to wait 24h for it to propagate or what?
