I have Outlook 2003 on a private network. Whenever I send emails to any
hotmail recipient, it arrives as garbage text. Document or photo attachments
arrive ok, but the text of my email message is mixed up with what looks like
some kind of formatting characters. I've tried every combination of
"encoding", editor (Word or not), and format (HTML, Plain Text, and RTF).
I've tried making sure my language settings are correct (they are). Any
ideas what's going on?
