How can I alternate a Header in Publisher

I am creating a document in landscape format and want to have the page number
at the top of the "top" page (book format) and at the bottom of the "bottom"
page. There is no "alternate header and footer option" in Publisher. Any
ideas? The document is only about 75 pages, so I can always add text boxes
manually when I'm done if there is no easy fix.
