How can I be notified when someone opens emails I've sent them?

I want to know when someone reads an email that I have sent them. What do I
need to do to insure that?

Go to TOOLS - OPTIONS - RECEIPTS in Outlook Express

Short and long is, you will be notified ONLY IF the recipient wants you to
be.
