how can I change name in "modified by"

I lost my computer recently in disaster. Got a new one, but borrowed a
friends' Office 2003 as mine was lost. Now doing some professional editing,
but her name appears as "modified by" in the comment boxes.

Does anyone know how I can change this? I appreciate your help. thanks.
