How can I change phots into line drawings

I need to change a photo of a church into a line drawing for our church
magazine- the printer cannot print photos !!! (Obviously not very up-to-date
equipment) Can anyone help please

Paint.NET--a free application available for download--has an effect called
Ink Sketch. It does an excellent job of converting pictures into b/w or
color line drawings.
