How can I change the default reminder time

Hi All,

Each time I create a reminder in BCM it defaults to 16:00 (4pm) - Why would
this be useful?

This appears to be the installation default as I have set BCM on several PCs
and always had the same problem.

How can I change to something more useful like 09:00?
