How can i configure outlook to print the emails automaticaly? can some one please help me? thanks

Depending on your version of Outlook you can create a message rule for this.

For more control you can also use the following add-in:

Thanks for your help. I did create a rule for the print job using outlook 2002 but do u know if it still works after user logs off

No, this is a local rule meaning that Outlook has to be open to process the
rule.
