How can I convince Microsoft to use adequate packaging?

A few days ago I bought a copy of MS Office 2007 from Viosoftware.com. The
service was OK, but the product arrived in a big, ugly, hard-to-open package.
Vio asked for comments, and I said,

"The packaging for the program I bought, Microsoft Office, is the worst I
have encountered in nearly twenty-five years of using personal computers.
The package is nearly impossible to open, being sealed with two clear
adhesive strips (only one of which had a tab). And when I had removed those
strips it was still unclear how to open the package! Inside there was space
for a thick bunch of documentation, but there was nothing there except a
couple of flyers and some instructions that boil down to "put the disk in the
player and follow instructions." The package is not only hard to open, most
of the material is wasted and it takes up too much space because it's too
large. And if that weren't enough, it's ugly."

Vio didn't design this monstrosity of a box, Microsoft did. I sincerely
hope that all of you who found this packaging obnoxious will tell Microsoft
so, in no uncertain terms.

Right. Nor do I have an axe. A hatchet won't do it: had to use a tire
iron and a hacksaw. Now I have to buy a new blade for my hacksaw and a new
tire iron. <sigh>
